If you choose to connect a Google account or Google Workspace account, ScaleAgentic may access only the Google data authorized by you or your organization through the Google OAuth consent screen.

Depending on the permissions granted, this may include:

• Basic Google account information, such as name and email address

• Gmail or email metadata, message content, threads, attachments, or related information

• Google Calendar events, attendees, titles, timing, and related event details

• Google Drive files, folders, file metadata, or document content

• Other Google Workspace information that you explicitly authorize

We only access Google user data to provide user-facing features that you or your organization enable.

Usage and Technical Information

We may collect information about how users interact with the service, such as log data, device information, IP address, browser type, pages viewed, actions taken, error logs, and performance data.

• Provide, operate, and improve ScaleAgentic products and services

• Authenticate users and manage accounts

• Connect authorized integrations, including Google Workspace integrations

• Generate research, workflows, recommendations, summaries, and other outputs requested by users

• Protect the security, integrity, and reliability of our systems

3. Use of Google User Data

ScaleAgentic’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We do not use Google user data for advertising.

We do not sell Google user data.

We do not use Google Workspace API data to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

We do not allow humans to read Google user data unless:

• The user has given us explicit permission

• It is necessary for security purposes, debugging, or support

• It is required to comply with applicable law
